Simon is very kind. Initially, I thought there was an issue with my bike. However, upon inspecting it, he promptly solved the problem without charging any fees. The last time he serviced my gears, the issue disappeared entirely. His service was very quick and professional. He also charges a reasonable price. I would definitely refer him to a friend!

Feeling really lucky to have such excellent bike repair service provide by Simon near Durham City centre. I recently took my bike to him for some minor but important repairs. His service was quick and charged a reasonable price. I feel much safer and comfortable riding my bike afterwards. I will be back soon.

I broke my pedal crank and needed it fixed. Simon was so helpful and quick, moreover he fixed other issues with my bike and didn’t even charge extra, just put it all under the hourly rate. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I have twice taken my bike to Simon to be repaired. He offers very quick, friendly and professional service. Both times he has fixed my bike within the day and returned it to me in perfect condition. Recently my chain got tangled and Simon fixed it for no added charge at all. Definitely your go to if you need your bike fixed in Durham.

I recently went to get a bike serviced, he was quick, professional, and effectively analysed which parts would need work and which parts did not. My bike was shortly returned and is in as good a condition as ever. Would definitely recommend over some larger bike shops, exceptional value.
